Let me start with there are some 1 star reviews on here but we have had an amazing experience with Jay who answered the phone and he sent out Colby and Ken to get our Ram back on the road so we could get home in NC. Jay was easy to work with up front on all the costs even asked which part we wanted aftermarket or factory replacement instead of just picking up the most expensive parts. Ken came out and had the truck torn apart and ready for when Colby got there with the parts so they could help keep the hours to a minimal. Colby is an AWESOME Technician unfortunately it took longer for him to get the parts than diagnosing the problem because the closest parts store that had it was an hour away. The truck decided to let us sit in Atlanta in the hood 😳😳😳. But the Gurus got us up and running so we could get home and we could not be happier with their service. So PLEASE do not let the few 1 star reviews keep you from using them!!! Thank y'all AGAIN for getting us up and running!!! Todd & Lisa

They charged me for repairs they never did. After hounding them incessantly they started refunding me, but they had all these excuses for why they couldn't send it all. Haven't heard back from them in months now and they still owe me hundreds of dollars. Also my trucks has had some issues that only started after they worked on it. Terrible communication and they'll straight up rob you.

Truck was calling for a parked regen, pulled into a QT to do one. Wouldn’t do regen, shut truck off for sensors to reset ( has worked in the past ) tried to restart but was dead. Called diesel gurus said they’d be out in 90 minutes. 4 hours later they show up. Spend 5 hours diagnosing problem including hooking computer up no idea why, computer has nothing to do with low voltage but of course they charged me $195 for that. After the 5 hours he says batteries are bad. Batteries in truck 1 year old and had just load tested them the week prior. Jumped truck it started and immediately went into a regen. 10 minutes into regen he shut it off ( which is a no no ) so he could remove old batteries for core and left to get new. Installed new batteries truck started right up. I was Leary of it didn’t want to be stuck on road again so for the next week never turned truck off. Got home turned truck off let sit over night. Next day no start no power. Had my mechanic show up 10 minutes found battery cut off switch had loose cable. Total charge from diesel gurus $1695 for batteries I didn’t need and problem still there. Called said this needs to be addressed he asked what I wanted to make it right.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ PROBLEM: T680 NOT HOLDING PRIME DIAGNOSIS BY DIESEL GURU: COLLAPSED SUPPLY LINE FROM TANK TO FUEL WATER SEPARATOR⭐️⭐️⭐️ I needed assistance from a professional for a Kenworth T680 that would not run longer than 2 minutes without cutting off. I called Diesel Gurus llc, and spoke with Jay. He was able to basically diagnose my issue from our 4 minutes conversation. They had a technical dispatched and arrived within 1hr. The only hiccup we ran into was all the local part stores were closed so we had to wait until 9am to get the needed parts. Jay gave me his word he would have a technician out and arrive at 10am which is the exact time he arrived, and i was back rolling before 11am. I highly recommend this shop.

I will try to be brief, but all I can say is follow the other reviewer’s directive and DO YOUR RESEARCH. I was given the company’s info as a small veteran owned business. I really wanted to like this company, and to do future business with Diesel Guru, LLC at 1179 Fleetwood Drive SE, Atlanta, GA 30316-4513, and its owner Javontez Burnette (Jay). Unfortunately, like so many other reviewers mine was not a good ending. The company towed my 2014 Freightliner Cascadia truck to their facility approximately February 6, 2025. I contracted for them to replace the engine with a remanufactured engine “with less than 100,000 miles on the new engine.” The repairs were to be completed by April 1, 2025, as I had a contract to begin hauling with a trucking company. Jay assured me that the truck would be ready for and pass a DOT inspection once he completed the repairs. I paid approximately 12K+, and an additional $3,500 during the alleged repairs. Throughout the whole time Jay assured me that things were going well, that the repairs were typical and that there were no issues. He did state that they had a challenge with the engine, but that the issues were all resolved. He also assured one of m
